When it comes to chat-up lines, most are cheesy at best, but some are just downright awful and creepy.

And one woman, named Rachel, was recently sent some particularly bad ones from a guy online.

Taking to Twitter, Rachel shared a look at three messages she was sent by a potential date, but if his words are anything to go by, they won’t be going out anytime soon.

She posted a screenshot of the conversation, which shows the messages clearly and it’s fair to say they did aything but woo her.

They read: “Anyway, u also seem like an easy-going person, which I really adore.

“So much for the self-deprecating humour already haha.

“Am I being intimidating? I tend to write high level english already upfront. But don’t worry u can rest assured that I don’t intens to overhem. I in fact trying to impress u.”

The unnamed man continues: “U also hav a wide pelvis bone, which make u look fertile and procreation-ready, thus more feminine and attractive. Say like a woman that deserves to grow my seeds.

“Thre real question now: Will u nurse my seeds and grow them?”

Alongside the screenshot of the messages, Rachel wrote: “Someone needs to work on his spelling, grammar and chat-up lines.”

Her post has since garnered hundreds of likes and comments on Twitter.

One person replied: “Wide pelvis bone. F**k me, I thought I’d heard every chat-up line by now. I was mistaken.”

Another said: “I’d like to apologise for men.”

“That made me cringe so hard I now have a corkscrew-shaped spine,” proclaimed a third.

Someone else posted: “Christ almighty. I’ve had a few ‘Hi just wanted to get to know you’ but this! You know he’s just sitting in his underpants typing. Sorry for the image.”

A different user added: “What a classy sounding guy. Who could resist such a beautiful wordsmith!”

“Wide pelvis eh? How can you reist such compliments? It’s like being wooed by Shakespeare,” joked a sixth.
