Holly Willoughby ‘s 40th birthday is reportedly set to be a grandiose affair on This Morning.
The telly presenter’s special day lands on February 10th, and it’s reported that her colleagues on the hit ITV show – including co-host Phillip Schofield – have planned a sweet gesture to mark the milestone.
With the nation remaining under stringent lockdown rules, there’s only so much ITV could do for its presenting queen.
And The Sun reports that a special birthday cake is set to be presented to the mum-of-three live on air.
Current rules unfortunately mean that Holly isn’t able to meet up with friends and extended family members at the moment, but there are whispers that she’ll be celebrating virtually with a Zoom party with her celebrity pals.
Singers Emma Bunton, 45, and Nicole Appleton, 46, actress Tamzin Outhwaite, 50, and her big sister Kelly, 42, are set to all be joining the call.
Ahead of her big day, Holly told the publication “I’m really looking forward to it.
“My thirties have been all about the kids, bringing them up, keeping all these balls in the air, but now they’re getting older I can start focusing on things happening for me.”
The Mirror has contacted Holly’s reps for comment.
Like for all of us, Holly’s birthday prior to coronavirus looked very different to what it will be like this year.
She rang in her 39th in style with a full-blown Mexican fiesta.
The TV presenter was treated to cocktails and snacks prepared by chef Phil Vickery as she toasted to turning another year older with her co-host Phillip.
Holly was also presented with a delicious looking birthday cake, and later said: “I couldn’t think of a dreamier birthday lunch.”
