Shah Rukh Khan who has not been seen on the big screen since 2018, will make his sort-of-comebacks with YRF’s Pathan. Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone have completed two schedules of Pathan in Mumbai at YRF studios. The actors who reunite for the fourth time completed shooting for emotional scenes. Now the makers have the tough task to bring on, and start planning for the high-octane scenes.
According to reports in a leading daily, a 25-member team has flown down to UAE to hunt for some locations for the action sequences. “The team started their recce from the UAE capital, where they visited Liwa Oasis and Ferrari World, the first Ferrari-themed park in the world. In Dubai, they will visit the Business Bay, which is the modern financial district. They are also planning an elaborate sequence at the architectural landmark, Meydan Bridge. The site served as a backdrop in Tom Cruise’s Mission: Impossible — Ghost Protocol,” revealed a trade source to the daily.
The UAE schedule is specifically meant for Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham’s major action sequences. The two actors team up for the first time for this thriller and this will be John’s first schedule for Pathan.
