Joe Wicks injured himself again during a live workout as he headbutted the wall while dressed as the Honey Monster.
The Body Coach was performing an energetic move while Friday’s PE lesson when he skidded across his wooden floor and smashed into the wall – leaving a crack in the plaster.
It’s the latest mishap from Joe who last week farted during a recording and days later pulled a hamstring.
Today Joe admitted he had ‘dented his roof’ as well as bashed his head as he misguided his run while wearing a huge novelty mask.
Sharing the hilarious moment on Instagram, Joe wrote: “Honey monster #PEWithJoe I headbutted the ceiling and dented the roof. Actually FML.”
He also shared two stills of the moment to Instagram Stories where he admitted to fans ‘it really hurts.’
Viewers took to Twitter immediately after the accident to check that the fitness mogul was not seriously injured.
“Thank you for giving me and my two boys such a belly laugh in today’s PE. Hope your head is OK?” said one.
“Hope @thebodycoach is okay after head butting his ceiling this morning and cracking it,” worried another.
Fellow fitness coach Jay Alderton told his rival: “‘I’ll be honest I watched that more than once. great work Joe!”
The injury came hours after Joe revealed he was having treatment to relieve his tense muscles.
Joe shared a picture of him receiving acupuncture to his bum and legs as he continues his workouts throughout lockdown.
Last week, Joe hurt his hamstring while attempting to do the splits during a fun-filled Friday workout.
The ‘Nation’s PE teacher’ dropped down to the floor with his legs apart but struggled to get back up again.
He clutched his thigh in agony before limping around.
Explaining what happened on Instagram, Joe said: “Legit pulled my hammy doing PE with Joe this morning.
‘”Fancy dress Friday NOTE TO SELF: You can’t actually do the full splits Joe.’
Earlier this month the star’s ‘fart gate’ exercise class became his most watched video on YouTube of all time.
Joe, who set up his channel in 2013, was left red-faced after not realising he’d broken wind while streaming live to thousands across the world.
Reflecting on the incident, Joe said that despite him posting more than 10,000 workouts and stacking up four million followers the clip of him farting is by far the most engaged with content he has ever produced.
He even suggested he would fart more often if it meant he could acquire such popular videos.
“All that work – the recipes in my kitchen, all the holidays when I was filming, when I was injured and just putting so much content up – and it took a fart to become the most engaged post ever.
“So what I’ve learnt is fart more, let it out, open up to it and just be honest.”
The Body Coach, who is well-known for his Lean in 15 series, added that he didn’t know about the awkward gaffe until he saw an article emerge online.
But Joe laughed it off and has since gone back and edited the sound out of his video, which is available on his YouTube channel.
He told Mark: “I tell you what, some of the comments are hilarious!
“I’ve got to be honest, I’ve gone back to the video and got my mate to edit it out because I can’t have that living on there forever.”
Joe is helping out the nation and recently resumed his live workouts after the UK went back into a lockdown earlier this month.
He previously raised a whopping £580,000 for the NHS from his last series of live workouts in July.
