Bollywood singer and artist Neha Bhasin feels that the
lockdown period has been reduced from 'to something scary' and she or he is
doing everything in her ability to remain positive. “Initially, the lockdown
appeared like a vacation then it began to look very scary and unclear, but now
I even have began to accept that this year isn't getting to be normal; this is
often getting to be an unusual year. And once I speak unusual, I mean this is
often something i'm not wont to . How am I facing this lockdown? at some point
, i'm trying to try to to things that i'm wont to doing and these are
activities that are good for my mental, physical and emotional well-being. I
start my day with taking note of motivational talks for about 15-20 minutes. I
practice silence and practice in at some point , do Riyaz and do online
training with my teacher. and that i am working online four to 5 days every
week with my fitness trainer. So that's how I'm handling the lockdown.
