COVID-19: Two upcoming movie 'Mission: Impossible' films delayed
Paramount Pictures has extended the discharge dates for Tom Cruise's next two 'Mission: Impossible' films thanks to the coronovirus epidemic. Christopher McQuarrie is directing the long-running seventh and eighth installments, which were scheduled to be released back-to-back on July 23, 2021 and August 5, 2022, respectively.
According to the news, both the sequels will now hit
theaters on November 19, 2021 and November 4, 2022.
In February, the shooting of the seventh film in Italy came
to a halt thanks to the outbreak of COVID-19 within the country.
The studio has tweaked the discharge dates of several
projects.
The apocalyptic thriller, Chris Pratt-starrer 'The Tomorrow
World', took on July 23, 2021. The studio will release the animated feature
"Pt Patrol" on 20 August 2021.
The reboot of the 2000 action adventure film, 'Dangens and
Dragons', has been pushed back from November 19, 2021 to May 27, 2022.
