In an interview, the 'Poison' hitmaker revealed how
irrelevant your growing-up age is.
"The problem is that the insecurity you get through the
comments you read over the years. you begin thinking, 'I'm not as young as I
wont to be. I'm not a fresh girl on the scene that I did it had been a bar.
"I can proudly say, 'Yes - I exploit my look because
I'm very comfortable in my skin and that I like my body', but it gives people
an opportunity to mention, 'Oh, okay - you're growing up '” said Rita.
She also spoke about Jennifer Lopez, which described how she
rose to fame in her thirties.
"I represent these girls because age doesn't really
matter - J.Lo had her first hit in her thirties."
She also thinks that the obsession around age is sexist.
Rita said, "And men don't ask how old they're all the
time."
